saturday

We had a good day.
Daughter, boyfriend, and I looked at condos.
We found the one we want, I think.
I'm wondering if I can muster up the energy to get my house
ready to have it listed.
My plan is to have it listed by Oct.1. Sell it by Dec.1 or take it off the market and list it again in Feb. or March.
I want to make an offer on the condo next week.........we'll see.

After condo searching/looking we went to Joe's Crab shack on the river and had a late lunch/early supper. We sat outside so we could watch the boats go by, but it started to rain, and there was a heavy wind. So we came inside.
The crab legs were delicious, as was the corn on the cop......the Calamari was so so. We had fun though with playful conversation.

Daughter took off when we got home.........so boyfriend and I went back out and did a drive by the condos again...............and then just took a drive........................
and  now I'm going to cocoon myself in my comforter on the couch and watch demand TV. :O)

I love hearing about fun days that have no negatives and you just posted one. I had a relaxing day at home with my puppy while my wife had to go to another town and help a coworker with a problem at their office. I cooked and enjoyed my self. Hope you have a wonderful sunday.

Condo, rolls eyes, I could so not live in a condo. They have rules and all kinds of stupid shit, and fees.

I own my own place free and clear on a quite street and I can do anything with it that I want to do.

I can just see me inventing and making things and fixing cars living in a condo.

Screw that, only I am the king of my place, I don't like others telling me what I can and can't do.

and now I'm going to cocoon myself in my comforter on the couch and watch demand TV. :O)

Boyfriend isn't horny?

Billy, I considered all the things you mentioned about condo living........I'll never again have to do yard work, or worry about up keep to the outside of my house.....or shovel snow....I'll still have more than enough room on my deck for a garden..........and after working a 12 hour day, instead of cutting the grass I can paint.....or anything else my heart desires..........................the condo fees include my water and sanitation and are less than what I'm paying for them now.
I look forward to giving up some control/ responsibility.

My grass gets about four feet high, if others don't like it they can fucking cut it.

I've only lived here about 6 or 7 years but my best guess is that the last time it was painted was in the 60's. If others don't like how it looks they can fucking paint it.

For what little snow we get here I have a blade on the front of the riding mower to plow it with.

Oh, that's right, you have water and sewer bills and such, I don't.
